This is a horrible place to live with your family. It’s depressing, there no where for kids to play besides that outdated park. Kids can’t play in a field without granny’s having to report them. They added a basketball court just for them to take it away because apparently there was “noise complaints” even though they put the basketball court in that spot. PLEASE BRING BACK THE BASKETBALL HOOP!!!
Hello, I have lived here since 2012. It is a nice quiet place to live. The management staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartments are very spacious and affordable. It's very close to business that we use on a daily basis. It was first named Serenity before the change to Royalty. The apartments are near hurtling also,for your getting around. Anyone would love living here at Royalty court Apartments.
Tengo problemas con el aire acondicionado desde que llegué. Lo cambiaron a los meses por un equipo que es de menor capacidad por lo que no sirve para el tamaño del apartamento. Recientemente y por 20 días seguidos estoy teniendo nuevamente los problemas con el AC y nadie ha sido capaz de darme una solución.
