Unfortunately, I’m leaving a 1-star review due to how inflexibly this situation was handled by the staff. I had a personal emergency arise and needed to change my appointment time. About 10 hours before the appointment, I attempted multiple times to reschedule through the Squire booking platform. The system repeatedly indicated that the appointment had been successfully rescheduled, so naturally I believed the change had gone through. I have a son who is very particular about his hair. We searched for a long time for a person who would listen and give him exactly what he wanted. Then we found Erik and the team at Royal Chop Shop. He now walks out right the biggest smile and looking great. They are a terrific place that really knows how to listen and give the best hair styles.
Royalty chop shop is next place for a haircut. Great service good price. They do clean ups really well nice straight razor shave and he always end up feeling like when you leave. You’re ready to strut out the door. Manny is an excellent barber.
