Royalty Care has been a true blessing for our family. They cared for my mom with incredible compassion, dignity, and respect right up until her last day. Their kindness and professionalism brought comfort during one of the hardest times of our lives. Now, they are continuing to support my dad, and the peace of mind this gives us is beyond words. The staff treat our loved ones as if they were their own family. We are forever grateful for the love, patience, and dedication they have shown.
We contacted Royalty Care to visit my mom, who was in the early stage of dementia, a couple of years ago. The amount of intervention Mom required increased over the following year from a few hours a day, with meal and medication assistance, to full-time care. I am 81 years old and fractured my femur in September of 2024. After surgery and 12 days in hospital, I was transported home by Royalty Care. I required 24 care for the next 3 months slowly reducing until early 2025. The caregivers from Royalty that looked after me were amazing, caring, professional and supportive.
