I just wanted to first of all thank Sue & Linda for their kindness and hospitality shown to my family during yesterday's tour of your facility. Please forward this information on to the owners of Royalton Woods because I just wanted to let them know that you have two of the best people in the world at this facility in North Royalton, Ohio. My father in law was at Royalton Woods for a short amount of time before he passed away. With every visit we were pleasantly greeted and the nursing staff and aides were so caring and friendly—it felt like home!! I have been to other facilities and Royalton Woods beats all those places—hands down!! Thank you for taking such heartfelt care of my father in law!
My experience at Royalton Woods has been wonderful. The staff display a feeling of sincere love toward my aunt and myself. I see this in their care and attention to making life at Royalton Woods comfortable and pleasurable.
The nurses and resident attendants are amazing. My mom always referred to them as her son's and daughter's. I could not imagine my mom being anywhere else. My mom always admired the nurses being so sweet and smiling even though she could not communicate fully in English.
