I just moved in, and the management is absolutely amazing. Sonia was such a great help throughout the entire application process and helped by not making it a long and stressful process. I will definitely recommend Royalton Village! I look forward to living here and felt so welcomed by everyone.
I absolutely loved living here. I never felt like just a tenant, I felt like "family". I never had any issues. They were so willing to help me with even the simplest things. The maintenance staff especially Jacob were always on top of everything. If I needed anything it was handled immediately, perfectly and always a smile. Kurt and Anna were the best. I'll miss you. I will and do recommend Royalton Village highly.
I have had the good fortune to have lived at Royalton apartments for the last 3 years. Kurt, Anna, Jacobo and Rosendo have provided excellent service and maintenance and I consider them the best landlords I have ever had. You cannot go wrong by living here.
I really enjoyed living here they are very responsive to maintenance and keeping everything working for you they are nice and clean the area is quiet and peaceful. I'm moving in with someone so that why I'm moving. Other than that this is a great place to live!!
All I can say is WOW! The landlords here make the place. They are very responsive, friendly, and responsible. I lived at Royalton Village nearly 7 years and loved every minute of it. It is a pleasant, quiet, and peaceful place. Maintenance is always quick and respectful and courteous. The neighbors are great too! Lawns and landscaping is always kept up and presentable. These are real people with a real heart for others. I will miss Royalton Village and highly recommend them to anyone! Diana W.
I have been a resident here since 2005 and I have had excellent service from the Landlord and the maintenance crew of this property. I always get any service that needs to be taken care of either the same day or the day after. This is a very safe, quiet environment to raise your children. I could not have asked for a better home for myself and my young children when I first moved in. I am always treated like family and with respect. This complex is well kept and the maintenance is top notch. In the 7 years that I lived there, maintenance was always quick to respond the very few times I ever had an issue. Kurt and Anna show how much they care about their tenants in the way they show care in the property and the friendly environment they keep.
I rented from Royalton Village for 8 years & would have continued to rent from if it were not for the owners selling the duplex I live in. I have had a great experience & always liked the friendly service. Maintenance guys are the best & always get the job done quickly. I will truly miss everyone.
I'm in one of the duplex properties of Royalton Village, and I love it! The neighborhood itself is pretty quiet, and I've got good neighbors. Kurt & Anna have treated me like family, and respond quickly to questions or concerns. Their maintenance team is also prompt & efficient - definitely a plus to renting here.
