I have been a resident owner at 801 Bay St for 16 years. Best decision I've ever made. It's a beautiful, well managed, clean and extremely well maintained property. The building is now managed by GPM, and has been for a decade or more. 24 hour friendly concierge desk service/security and helpful staff. I only wish there were more resident owners.

Google don’t allow me give 0 star. This place is totally mismanaged. My son rented their condominium for few months. Both moving in and out they charged $100 and $500 for elevator deposit. After we moved out they didn’t give back the deposit cheque. They promised mail back to us. After 3 months there is nothing. We called few times no answer. Last week we called almost every day and left hundred message. No answer no call back. I have to drive more than 100 km to there to get my cheque back. There are lots of much better con... read more
