What type of intake process takes 3 sessions? So you get billed for 3 sessions before your counseling even really starts? Unreal.
Jill at the front desk refused to help me with a insurance problem. She was rude! She didn't want lift a finger to help. Im not impressed with the service at Royalton Psychological. I hope it gets better.

He has time and time again altered his schedule to fit my needs to help me when I felt I was in a crisis, even through impromptu phone sessions.
