Hi, I have lived here at Royalton under United Property for almost 6 years. I can tell you that- from upper management and below the drive to customer service and community care is above and beyond. I have been through multiple managements and the goal and motto has stayed the same. Example: Out of 6 years my AC broke once- immediately on a weekend day our maintenance Manager (CHINO) went above and beyond to come on a weekend and have it fixed. Update 8/24/2025: My car was stolen last Thursday Night/Friday Morning out of the parking lot between 10PM-7AM. This was the whole the gate are closed and security on watch. I’m sad, disappointed, and most of all scared of how easy people are stealing cars out of our neighborhood. It almost seems like people know it’s an easy target and we’re all just helpless. Update second car stolen from property. The security here is a joke if you own any Honda. Beware, it might be Target for being stolen Car was stolen on property and I need surveillance of when car was stolen on video. Update 8/3/2025: There is not enough parking to accommodate residents and you might have to park in a NO PARKING ZONE, or apparently right next to the entrance. You have to navigate through because so many people are parked where they shouldn’t. My biggest concern is the safety threat this causes. I hope first responders will not be hindered.
