I called today to make an appointment. No one answered. I received a call back from an Anne asking what I needed. I asked for the lady who owns the Iron brand who does locks and went to say I needed her to my child’s hair. Anne told me the lady is not available and went on to advise she does not do children’s hair. She passed the phone to another lady who she claims was the sister to the one I had asked for. Ann Ross is so unprofessional!!! You book with her and she makes up an excuse not to do your hair or she say she’s sick and you go in the shop and she got at least three people ahead of you when it’s suppose to be your appointment time.

I liked going here but I wasn't responded to twice about appointments. I looked past my stylist being late every visit, but ignoring is a no. Now I'm trying to find a shop and its impossible.

I love my hair, Natasha did a great job on my small boho knotless braids. She was fast and her work was so neat!!! I love the salon, it was a very pleasant experience and I will be a returning customer :)
