Treese was our stylist and she was amazing. Knowledgeable quick and guiding. Helped navigate their booking site figuring out what style my daughter wanted and what she would and wouldn't need.

I called today to make an appointment. No one answered. I received a call back from an Anne asking what I needed. I asked for the lady who owns the Iron brand who does locks and went to say I needed her to my child’s hair. Anne told me the lady is not available and went on to advise she does not do children’s hair. She passed the phone to another lady who she claims was the sister to the one I had asked for. Ann Ross is so unprofessional!!! You book with her and she makes up an excuse not to do your hair or she say she’s sick and you go in the shop and she got at least three people ahead of you when it’s suppose to be your appointment time.
