Ann Ross is so unprofessional!!! You book with her and she makes up an excuse not to do your hair or she say she’s sick and you go in the shop and she got at least three people ahead of you when it’s suppose to be your appointment time.
Ann Ross is cool and down to earth and always does an amazing job on my hair.
I liked going here but I wasn't responded to twice about appointments. I looked past my stylist being late every visit, but ignoring is a no. Now I'm trying to find a shop and its impossible.
I love my hair, Natasha did a great job on my small boho knotless braids. She was fast and her work was so neat!!! I love the salon, it was a very pleasant experience and I will be a returning customer :)
