Gentleman knew what he was doing. Took the time to explain every step and provided me with appropriate options. He knew we didnt want to drill into the concrete just to install a small machine, so he made it work with what we have. Thanks
Douglas and his team are simply fantastic. They are always quick to respond and have helped me out with a number of plumbing issues, including fixing a tub spout, a wobbly kitchen faucet as well as replacing our water heater. Would highly recommend them!
As with most reviews, I typically don’t leave them unless they are highly positive or highly negative. In this case, it was a really terrific experience with royal tech. I called around to six or seven different providers to check quotes on getting my Navien tankless water heater serviced, and the majority would not give me a quote, or seemed quite high.
