Awful! Our house was infested with cockroaches! When complained they swept up dead cockroaches and expected us to live with the live cockroaches! Horrible customer service
These guys are awesome. There stay are friendly and professional and their property listings are first class. We use them for stays in La Quinta and are never disappointed.
Client service and attention details are excellent! Have used Royale past several years and would highly recommend their service to renters, and property owners looking to rent their property, in the desert.
