I visited this salon on Labor Day for the first time with a friend, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Despite having an appointment, we had to wait 30 minutes past our scheduled time. My friend hadn’t even been attended to an hour after her appointment time. During my pedicure, the technician upsold me on extra services and left the hot stones out to go eat, returning about 5-10 minutes later, which made the experience feel rushed. There was a man that did my nails by the name of "Danny".So professional. Serious, attention to detail, quiet, but super focused and professional. He was fantastic!! My nails came out beyond expectation! Super happy!My pedicurist was very happy and jovial as well! I have always used the Gainesville location because I have gone there at least 7 years. Happy I came out to flowery Branch location
