I loved the beef Pho soup. Recommended
My family and I happened to be the only ones here on a Sunday around 3:30 which was surprising but we loved it! Very clean space, authentic vibe, peaceful, pretty dish ware (!), and great food! I was happy to find healthy options for myself that I could share with my 1yr old. I got the papaya & shrimp salad and the grilled chicken bowl— 10/10 with the sauce they give on the side!
If you are looking for the best PHO in town this place is the best.
This was the most bland Vietnamese food I've ever had. I tried the green papaya salad, crab spring roll, and fish cake vermicelli. Nothing was actively repulsive or anything, but their nuoc cham was just diluted/watered down, and what we ordered heavily relied on that. The crab spring roll's filling had no flavor on its own, so it was just a fried vessel for nuoc cham. The vermicelli dish also heavily relies on the nuoc cham.
