Extremely slow service. Not open on major holidays like 4th of July when you expect an ice cream place to be open. They don’t know how to make a Sunday properly. Servers ignore customers to talk to freinds. Frequently out of product. When July 5th, they were closed the day before and weren’t making product. They were out of their most popular ice cream. Blueberry soft serve and blueberry ice cream. This business is run poorly. Going to Rita from now on. Not worth the trip anymore.
