Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional experience. My sister visited Royal Zone Massage today and left feeling nauseous and disgusted. The massage therapist repeatedly passed gas throughout the session in a small, enclosed room, completely ruining the atmosphere. What made it worse is that there was no apology or acknowledgment of how inappropriate and unhygienic that behavior was. I booked a 60-minute full body massage and specifically requested focus on my back and front thighs. I even extended the session by 15 minutes for extra attention on the front thighs. During the massage, the therapist repeatedly brought up cupping, but never mentioned the price, and I never agreed to it. Despite that, she proceeded to perform the cupping without my consent. This place massage is good . However I didn't understand why they are pushing costomers to get cupping. It didnt make any difference at all after all . It was better if the customer asks for cupping if indeed they want to have cupping. What they do here is persuading you to get cupping wich is another $30 dollars, and after all that the annoying part is that you won't feel any different after the cupping as well the cupping will leave a largee circle mark on your body for days and weeks to come.
