Hello, I am writing in regards to my recent purchase of halal meat. The cashier (Anusha) charged me an extra of $5.98 for an item i did not buy. I called them back the next day, with no regret she said the manager (Karthik) would call me back to help me. He has not called me yet and now seeing the other terrible reviews here, I bet Royal meats is not going to help me with the mistake made by them at their end! We are regular customers here, buy fresh meat and shawarmas, but now very disappointed with them.
