We got trays of goat meat and it's some of the worst cuts I've ever had. Mostly bone and very little meat and the meat is not very good nor is the color good
Owner was inside the meat processing with long hair and was not wearing hair cover and same with others too . I asked the person working , she said he is just here to check but he was working processing meat . Chicken was left outside longer . Looks like new management .
I like the quality if meat there
