Adi Ljaljevic was extremely helpful finding and locking down a property for my company's specific needs. He was very responsive, helpful with landlord negotiations, and all in all professional. He guided us through the whole process and followed up on anything that was missing. Would highly recommend working with him!
SCAMMERS * DO NOT RENT YOUR PROPERTY WITH THIS COMPANY * These people are scammers, they don’t scan any tenants and leave with the ‘professional tenants’ who never pay rent and you have to go legally. Its my humble request to everyone who is reading this that never ever go with them if you want to save yourself. They will never respond once your house is rented for any complaints.
We worked in past with this company, worst service ever, they scam you with hidden charges and after finalizing lease they will give you all the bills and when called regarding they were not giving proper answers and would just transfer you from one department to another. Do not recommend working with this company.
Ema was an absolute pleasure to speak with! She spent upwards of 2 hours with me sorting out hiccups in my application! I was transferred to a leasing agent wishing 3 minutes and let me tell you, I am thoroughly grateful for the way royal York took care of me today! Maximum regard to Ema directly and the rest of the team!
