SCAM. This company is a scam. I lost $500 , they didn’t showup for inspection and do lousy job, they kept saying the inspection come to do setup for my house but noone showed up. Happened 2 days in a row, i was waiting, no-one informed anything. They tried to get you to deposit $500 (they called it retainer fee) I terminated the process for no-show, i was waiting the entire time. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this property management company. Communication was consistently poor, and their lack of organization made even basic processes unnecessarily difficult. They provided us with the wrong address to return our keys, which caused confusion and wasted time that could have easily been avoided with proper attention to detail.
