Horrible experience, from the beginning they make it seem so great but as soon as you sign it’s hard to get in contact with them, they charged my for things I didn’t want, and I had absolutely nothing positive come out of this experience. Waste of time and money.

Avoid at all cost! We were unknowingly placed in an illegal basement unit that wasn’t even registered with the city. Given the extensive information they require from tenants, it’s surprising that they don’t apply the same diligence to the properties they represent. We’ve only lived here for less than a year and now face the daunting task of finding a new home in the middle of winter.
