These people are very unprofessional, I’ve been trying to move out of my unit for a month now and no one has helped me do so . So because I haven’t moved out and I’ve been waiting to hear from my property manager I have to pay rent again . They trap you . Not to mention when u get in touch with someone on the phone it’s unprofessional as all you hear is dogs barking the background constantly !! Very weird and can’t even speak or hear ! Very disappointing experience. The company deducted a cleaning fee and other charges even though I provided clear photos as proof that the place was left in good condition. Customer service ignored the evidence and still refused to refund the charges. I would not recommend this compan
HORRIBLE company. Terrible customer service. Very Rude-hang up on me several times -they NEVER got my condo leased-they’re USELESS. I had to FIRE THEM-yell at them to give me my key back from their lockbox. And they screwed me out of a months mortgage payment because they’re a DISGUSTING COMPANY.
Do not trust this company with anything. I lost my house because of these scammers. They'll be very promising up front and once you sign with them, they will vanish. Leave you running around in circles and leave you with tenants who won't pay rent and make you run around through court. It's all a lie. They do not run background checks or do anything the offer.
