EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED - sure, they are easy to deal with when they take all your paperwork and all of your money and then give you a code to a lockbox. I showed up on the morning of 31 January 9 AM to a disgusting home. Not vacuumed, not swept, not one cupboard, cleaned out, not even the fridge wiped out. I originally signed with Royal York because of their strong online reviews and long-standing history. They were set to showcase my property and offer it for rent in Hamilton. The leasing agent did her job for about a week before she quit or left town. I was not provided with a replacement agent and have not received any showings in over nine days, despite Royal York knowing that I need this property rented urgently. If I could give them negative stars, I would. It's difficult to see the truth in reviews sometimes, especially the more extreme they are, so I'm going to do my best not to be dramatic: Pros: Professional looking landlord dashboard and very communicative agents both before you list and during Cons: - No transparency on site dashboard (slow updates, freezes) - Hidden fees & zero customer service: I was told after agreeing to a tenant that I'd be required to pay for additional professional cleaning.
