As a property owner, Royal York was quick to call about listing my unit and send someone ever to sign me up, promptly posting the ad. However, after subsequent renovations they failed to update photos for 3+ weeks. Their app purports to show real time info on offers and viewings but did not update for weeks, requiring me to reach out more than once to inquire about activity.
