My experience with Royal York Property Management was extremely disappointing. Their listing clearly stated that parking was included, but when we asked about it before signing the contract, they denied it and gave vague answers, even though it was written in the ad. Later, the contract made no mention of parking, and after signing, they completely denied it. They sent the contract at the end of the month, leaving us little time to review it carefully. Robert was wonderful all steps through the process! Want to update: Robert helped me move from an apartment where other tenants were causing problems, to a family owned home with a basement apartment. I was promised appliances the week I moved in, and a wall as separation within a month... then Royal York disappeared as it was a listing only property (I wasn't informed of this until after everything was signed, even on lease it says to contact Royal York).
