I’m not sure where to began so I’ll start by saying that this company is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau and their rating on their website is D minus. This should give you an indication of their business practices. There are countless authentic reviews for this company on various Ontario landlord groups on Facebook as well as Reddit, Quora etc and all these reviews are negative. Landlords stay away from dealing with this company. I almost got scammed and fall for their shady business practices. They tried to trick me every step in the process. First they called me indicating that they have several prospective tenants that are already vetted, later discovered that this was not true. I allowed them to come to the property to take photos, a different agent showed up with paper work for an exclusive rights to rent the unit, something I clearly told the agent on the phone that I do not agree to.
