Stay away from this company, Do not believe a word they say ,the minute you sign their contract, you are done. This company lacks customer service and genuine loyalty to their customers. They don’t care about your well being or even care about how they treat you. Their agents lack common sense and genuine compassion for how they deal with people. Ive had agents make me repeat myself more than once because they werent listening. I’ve had agents hung up on me and when I ask to speak to a manager they don’t want to transfer me. They don’t do their job. They will waste your time. To all owners Stay away from these people, Is all scam They sweet talk you to sign a two year agreement but they look for short term tenants so they can charge the owners the tenants replacement fee at the end of one year lease and if they can not find new tenants, they still charge the monthly management fee despite the property stays vacant, also, beware, that they do not return your last month rent, they keep it to deducts the managment fee even the place stays vacant, Do not trust these people when they say they manage o... read more
