Do not trust this company with anything. I lost my house because of these scammers. They'll be very promising up front and once you sign with them, they will vanish. Leave you running around in circles and leave you with tenants who won't pay rent and make you run around through court. It's all a lie. They do not run background checks or do anything the offer. Absolutely Awful – Landlords, Stay Away If I could give zero stars, I would. This is hands-down the most dishonest and incompetent property management company I’ve ever dealt with. As a landlord, I expected professionalism and transparency. Instead, I’ve been met with nothing but bogus charges, phantom “repairs” to things that weren’t even broken, and a total disregard for authorization.
