Royal York Property Management (RYPM) is a scam. They get you to sign a Showing Authorization Form (SAF), then hit you with surprise fees and refuse to communicate clearly. After signing, they don’t inform you about anything until they send a first notice, and by then it’s too late to cancel. They lack transparency and are only interested in scamming you for money. Avoid at all costs!
Very unprofessional. Hidden fees. Took 450$ even after paying one month rent+ tax+ set up fees+tax. Absolutely not worth it. Once they get money, they don't take your call, do not respond back after multiple follow ups. Very unprofessional. Initially Ravti contacted us looking at our posting in kijiji/rent.com And they completely ripped us off. Stay away from these guys. Talked to couple of my colleagues, and they also expressed the similar experience with these guys.
Very professional behaviour by the staff. Very fake information shared with both the owner and tenants. Hidden fees applicable out of nowhere.

Beware Landlords ! Worst company to deal with, once you sign a contract with them you are stuck. They will charge landlords double or triple the amount for work orders and lied to us about tenants credit scores and their financial standings. Tenants didn’t pay rent for more than 6 months. When we asked them why they lied to us about tenants bankruptcy they didn’t even tried to investigate and just stretched the matter. We even tried to email their CEO but no avail.
