They Charge you triple amount for each visit and charge you until you owe them all the rent. they work for tenants not for you. stay away from them.

Scam, scam, scam They sweet talk you to sign two year agreement but they look for short term tenants so they can charge the owners tenants replacement fee and if they can not find new tenants, they still charge the monthly management fee, also, beware, that they do not return your last month rent, they keep it to deducts the managment fee even the place stays vacant, do not trust these people when they say they manage over billion dollars in investment, that is the owners properties and owners money, not sure even if they ow... read more
