Very professional behaviour by the staff. Very fake information shared with both the owner and tenants. Hidden fees applicable out of nowhere. Moreover the owner and tenants didn’t know that we were 4 people coming in their house. They give us the owner’s number when we moved in the basement. The information was fake. They try to good reviews and in return of discounts. They get commision from owner and from tenants as well which was unnecessary. I would asked public to boycott their agency as it’s unethical.
Utterly pathetic unprofessional team of management folks and agents alike. I highly discourage owners from engaging with them for the below reasons: 1. The agents assigned to you have no communication with you as a paying owner at all, nor is the agent's number or extension shared. Which means as an owner you have to call their "departments" which are highly inefficient to get any update on your property. 2. Unnecessary and untold charges!! avoid this place This disgusting Property management especially whoever that JOSEPHINE is, cares more about squeezing money out of tenants than providing fair service. Please be extremely cautious before dealing with this agency. I was LIED to, MISLED, and completely UNINFORMED about their policies from start to finish. Their rep, Ratvi, assured me multiple times that there would be NO COST to list my unit and that I would ONLY pay a fee if they successfully placed a tenant. She also confirmed that if I found a tenant myself, there would be NO ISSUE at all. That turned out to be completely FALSE. This property management is just as bad as others. False charges and hidden fees that are never communicated to client and then enforced on the account. When you try to find resolution, no one takes ownership and helps you, keeps either giving you dates after dates or directing you to other departments. They also charge the retainer fees that is also not comunicated to you before. Now I am stuck and not a single person is helpful.
