So, we rented out our condo with Royal York starting in July of this year. We opted for the full-service package as when advertised it appeared to be the safest/best option. Our experience so far has been terrible and we regret our decision. To provide brief context we first needed to make some repairs to our washroom after the tenants had moved in. Scammer owned and operated.
Terrible service, the account managers and appointment schedulers very pushy to accept all tenants, the tenant quality was poor for the most part. My tenant moved in saturday and i havent received my last month's and key deposit yet. I have been calling for many days trying to get a hold of all the people that were contacting me before i signed the lease and now i can't get anyone to call back or respond to my emails.
