I reached out to gather information about leasing and wish I never did. They (Viktoria) spam you consistently day after day with incessant emails and phone calls and it has been so off putting. I have emailed several times request to stop being contacted and it hasn’t stopped.

I’m sorry to say that I had a terrible experience with this company. I hired them to list my property for rent, and while they did place a tenant, the process felt rushed and disorganized. They also charged me fees that were completely unjustified — including tax on one month’s rent. Wednesday Septemeber 3rd, 2025 We signed a lease with Royal York Property Management for Unit 2, 27 Holgate Street, Barrie, starting September 1, 2025. On move-in day, we discovered the unit had serious water damage, with dehumidifiers and drying equipment already running inside. Their own technician told us in person that the unit was not livable.
