Orlando is a kind, helpful and cheerful person. When he has anything to do in my apartment, he is on time, organized, does a great job and then cleans up after himself. It is a blessing to me to have such a person readily available to help me. He is part of an excellent team.
My experience with princess management has been amazing i have never had a such a smooth experience. The property manager has been amazing and so helpful.
Living at the Royal York Rd apartments has been an absolute pleasure. The Princess Management team is amazing — professional, attentive, and always willing to listen to residents’ concerns. The premises are kept spotless with professionals on site daily, and the gardens are some of the most well-kept and beautiful I’ve ever seen, which makes the property feel so welcoming and peaceful. Had some areas on living and dining room walls repaired and painted by Louis one of our maintenance staff. As usual Louis' work was excellent and with little disruption and a smile!
