I’m not usually the type to get my nails done, so this was actually my first time ever getting a shellac manicure and my first visit to this spa — and I am so happy I went! Jenny did my nails and she was absolutely amazing. She was so gentle, patient, and really took her time to make sure everything looked perfect. I have been to this salon 2 times. The first time was fine - nothing special to mention. The second time, I was a bit hesitant on the color I wanted. The lady (I’m assuming she is the owner) tried one on one finger that I did not like. I asked her to try another one. She literally looked at me and said in a very mean way“you have to decide. I went for deluxe foot massage and a pedicure. I am disappointed. Look at the pictures. She did not do a good job in removing the cuticles and even in applying the nail polish. Before I leave, I told her I am not happy but she did not do anything.

I came for the free parking out back originally, then kept coming bc Kim and Julie are amazing! Their sound track in the background is great, friendly vibe and 10/10 quality massage chairs. Neighbourhood secret not for long.
