The lady with black hair who works in the leasing office is a menace and off. She likes to creep on the tenants and be really nosy. I would stay away from these apartments

Just moved into Royal Village and so far it's been great, Jean the manager has been very punctual for meeting and showed me the apartment multiples times before I signed. As others mentioned getting approved is quite strict for qualifications, and unfortunately my unit does not have a dishwasher or a microwave, but for the price those were comps I was willing to take. There's communal washers and dryers in each building that aren't expensive to use and the facilities seem well maintained in my unit and building.

Jean was great, very diligent about getting me approved and moved in quickly, respects the tenant’s privacy and the maintenance and her worked very quickly to address a leak that happened in the apartment above mine, and the work was great quality. Older buildings but maintained very well, and a great location near a lot of restaurants and businesses. The neighbors I had were very quiet, for an apartment, I could hear them at times but I never heard any yelling, no loud music, nothing that kept me up at night. I would say if... read more

Cons: Very strict requirements to get approved. Strict rules in regards to visitors staying longer periods (more than two weeks) There have been break-ins in the parking lot. But don’t seem to happen as often as in the past. Pros: For the age of the buildings, they’re well maintained. Heat works great. (Don’t know about AC as I’ve only been here five-ish months.
