Jean was great, very diligent about getting me approved and moved in quickly, respects the tenant’s privacy and the maintenance and her worked very quickly to address a leak that happened in the apartment above mine, and the work was great quality. Older buildings but maintained very well, and a great location near a lot of restaurants and businesses. Cons: Very strict requirements to get approved. Strict rules in regards to visitors staying longer periods (more than two weeks) There have been break-ins in the parking lot. But don’t seem to happen as often as in the past. Pros: For the age of the buildings, they’re well maintained. Heat works great. (Don’t know about AC as I’ve only been here five-ish months. I called and got a tour of the apartments, its a cheap place and with no air conditioning, and baseboard heater, this place would make motel 6 shine !!! I am divorced recently and wanted to downsize to save money but she denied me because I have to break my lease somewhere else and if this is not discrimination , what else could it be ? 100% non smoking place is the most reason I live here for almost 5 years other than quite and well maintenance apartment plus fast responses customer service. Keep it up 👍
