I moved into an inter rent property on the first of September and I have had an ant infestation and now sewage backing up into my suite. The landlord says some Mr clean is all that it needs and specialist cleaners aren't required. The pictures of the toilet paper shoved in the overflow is how it was left after being 'cleaned

Mehar was excellent to work with. He went above and beyond to help me get situated in a new place. He was very communicative and was great at finding work arounds for any snags along the way. I would totally recommend working with him!

I wish I could give lower than a one star review. If you like living in a place where your landlord is constantly requiring access to your unit, this place is for you. If you like pets, like mice and silverfish, this place is for you. If you like no heat in the winter on the coldest nights, this place is for you. A year later I am updating my review. The one star review below is not inaccurate, they do not communicate well at all. They insist on using a form on their website for all inquiries but the form will not submit half the time and the ones that get through are often ignored. From my literal walk through over a year ago I flagged they hadn't finished installing my bathtub faucet. Now a year later, six submissions, it's still not fixed.
