I wish I could give lower than a one star review. If you like living in a place where your landlord is constantly requiring access to your unit, this place is for you. A year later I am updating my review. The one star review below is not inaccurate, they do not communicate well at all. They insist on using a form on their website for all inquiries but the form will not submit half the time and the ones that get through are often ignored. From my literal walk through over a year ago I flagged they hadn't finished installing my bathtub faucet. Now a year later, six submissions, it's still not fixed. Living at Royal Villa has been a one-of-a-kind adventure. The apartment offers a special charm that includes the FREQUENT surprise appearances of furry little roommates and decorative black mold patterns that truly add character to the space.
