easy to find. prompt check in. clean and courteous. faster than my previous experiences at other hospitals. (not a regular so cant be too sure) would recommend in emergency. grateful for treatment received.
Never got seen after 6 hrs so I split and diagnosed myself using internet and cannabis for pain
During a blood draw: The nurse did not wear gloves. The needle was moved multiple times, and no blood came out. I politely asked for a different nurse, but the doctor refused. The staff were dismissive and unprofessional, and security was called even though I remained calm. And i ask the registration nurse, can I talk to the charge nurse, she told me there’s no charge nurse! I was very shocked!
I was taken to the Emergency Department at Royal Victoria Hospital in Barrie after a back injury while snowboarding, and I honestly want to say this was one of the most caring, thorough, and efficient ER teams I’ve experienced in Ontario. From triage to assessment, the nurses and doctors were incredibly attentive and professional.
