As someone with multiple invisible disabilities and uncommon health issues, I am well adapted to medical gaslight, condescension, and a general lack of knowledge, but this hospital takes the cake. From the paramedics to each staff member encountered, it was uncaring and dismissive. Some random patients were more concerned about my medical state than my own doctors. Best hospital in Ontario
My daughter have a stomach pain and we visit this hospital, she was there at 6:00pm and until 1 am they didn’t gave her any reports like blood report and urine test. And I asked her doctor (Andrew Quirion) that how long it’s take time for her reports so he answered me that it’s an emergency you have to wait then I said what’s the meaning of an emergency? So he answered me in very rude way and said people will wait hear and people will die here that’s not a way to talk with patients relative.
2022: Surprising this has such a "high" review. Was referred to by my doctors office, to be berated by the doctor here for wasting their time. They thought that myself, as well as an attending friend, were liars as they grilled us multiple times asking "Who sent you here" as if it were a police interrogation. They said they'd schedule an outpatient service and never did.
