Wow. My dog had to have dental surgery completed and was scheduled within two weeks. I cannot thank Dr. Karine Lavergne enough for improving the quality of life for my dog. She was extremely thorough with his intake and his actual surgery day. The receptionists are lovely and always answer, his surgery was two days ago and since then we have already received a follow up text and phone call - really makes it known they care for your pet. So so thankful for the help that i received in this place for my cat! everyone is so nice,professional and patient, im very glad i came here.They did everything they could to make sure that my cat gets better and paid attention to every single detail.
Maella, is freaking amazing, patient receptionist that I had ever dealt with with. She is for sure have a knowledges in veterinary field!!! Because her response was so short, understandable and straight to the point! If the girl on reception have such a professionalism - makes you trust to other doctors!!!
