RecommendedOn time and equipment in good condition. I know that doesn't sound like much but doing both is important for long haul trucking. Especially that on time thing.
I WOULDN'T recommend talking to the recruiter name Carl he's very DISRESPECTFUL hung up on me told me stay with the company I was with
First trucking company i have ever seen where the "recruiter's" will not call you back with an application status update to save their lives. No matter how many email's, voicemail's, etc. you send or leave, you can forget a reply. If you do get one of the 2 on the phone, they are very rude. Especially the so called recruiting manager. Don't waste your time with this place!
Great company to work for. Some may dislike, but you can't please all of the people all the time. Some of the staff are strait forward, yes! I'd rather that then a company beating me around the Bush. Does not mean they are less caring. Just means they're real. Some can't deal with that. Been working for them for almost a year and no complaints. ALL staff, including safety are phenomenal. anyone saying that Royal employees are rude or the pay sucks are dead wrong. Been here over a year and have no complaints. I've driven flat bed and dry van for them and always make great money. those complaining just didn't know how to do their job.
Place is a complete joke. The 2 recruiter's they have have real bad attitudes. If you send a messenger message thru facebook more than twice they block you. Good luck getting someone on the phone, and if you do you're getting lied too. Look elsewhere besides here, they don't give a crap about you.
ALL the employees that works in the office are mean and rude as hell for one.. second they don’t know how to talk to their employees...especially Hope!!! She needs somebody to put their foot straight up her butt ....Third they can NEVER get their employees paychecks right they’re ALWAYS short ... nobody that works shouldn’t have to call in EVERY SINGLE WEEK TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THEIR PAY BEING SHORT PLUS THE PAY SUCKS!!!
