I originally gave this business a one-star review, but after seeing how they responded to my concerns, I decided to change my rating to five stars. The management team proved to be extremely helpful, professional, and genuinely caring about customers. Their response and willingness to help completely changed my opinion. They truly deserve all five stars, and honestly, if I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. Thank you to the management team for your outstanding customer service.
I strongly recommend avoiding this business. Their warranty is meaningless, and after changing their system, they failed to support previous customers, even though they know the battery was purchased from them. This is extremely poor customer service and unacceptable after-sale support. I hope management takes this seriously and contacts me directly to resolve the issue😡
