Tony sold us two trailers and they were ready to go. Had the dot inspection done. When we went to pick up the trailers the cords were showing on the trailers. None of the lights were working on the sides. Hubs were leaking and brakes were not passable. Complete rip off

I went there to talk to them. Might ask for help because I bought a 47 inch deck light from Amazon on the roof and I went over there to ask for their help for tighten and all that stuff to see if I did everything correctly they wanted to charge me 130 or more per hour, but then they said we don’t really touch customers lights meaning they’re refusing to help. Call to order a western v blade said they had in stock. Said it be two weeks before they could install. I called couple days ahead of time to make sure they could get me in. Thay said yep no problem and see me on that day. Then got a 10 minutes later making up excuses that they don't have the plow and won't see one in a month. Didn't try to find one, no solutions to fix it. No care that they making loose money, never called and said anything about it till I called them. Horrible company and business model they are running.
