I hired Royal Tree Service expecting a professional crew, but what I got was an absolute nightmare. The workers showed up and started smoking on my property while they worked, which felt incredibly unprofessional. We entered into a signed service agreement with Royal Tree Service and fulfilled our end of the contract. Despite this, they refused to pay their invoice, which is a clear breach of contract. Multiple reminders and a formal demand for payment were sent, but they still chose not to honor the agreement. This was an unprofessional experience, and I would strongly caution other businesses and vendors to require upfront payment before working with them.

This was the 2nd year that Doug trimmed my huge palm plus gave his opinion on two other trees. I chose to have one removed and the other pruned. Work was done quickly and clean up was great! I’m so glad my brother recommended him to me.

Douglas and his partner showed up early to trim a large tree in my front yard. They arrived early and took about 30 minutes to trim and clean up debris and it looked great. Thank you.
