My experience living here has been extremely disappointing due to poor property management and unresolved issues. Mold and pest problems (cockroaches) have been ongoing, and requests for maintenance often go unanswered or take too long to address. The heat in the building is controlled by property management it is so cold in the apartment especially in the night time they refuse to turn it up.
