I have been a loyal client of Royal Touch Medi Spa for three years, which makes this situation extremely disappointing. When I called on Feb 27, 2026 7.30 pm, a male staff member told me my account was blocked because I supposedly cancelled 22 to 24 appointments within 24 hours. This is completely false. I saw Jennifer for a massage here and she was truly incredible. She paid more attention to my concerns than most other massage therapists I’ve ever met and she’s so lovely, caring, and welcoming. Her treatment was also extremity effective. I will definitely be back and highly recommend you see Jennifer if you get a chance!!
