I had a coach bus up in Brainerd with a flat tag tire. I called Collins Brothers towing first and they REFUSED to help me. I called a friend who I trust and he recommended Pomp’s. Thedispatcher who helped me was amazing!!!. From the time I called until it was fixed, 1.5 hours. The service tech, Ryan, was TOP NOTCH!!! Pomp’s will be getting all my business if I have ANY issues with my buses!! Thank you Ryan and Pomp’s!!!

Wanted tires that were Made in the USA, was told by Derrin that Hankooks were, so I bought 4. Got home and mounted 2 to get going as I was broken down on the side of the road. I noticed after mounting that they are made in Korea. I went to return the 2 unused the next day during business hours and couldn't because noone knew how to do a return. I have done business with them in the past, this place is going down hill quickly.
