I've worked with Pomps about 4 separate times in the last 5 years I would say, and I have always had an excellent experience. They get me in fast, the work is almost always done that same day, and every time the workers are professional and kind. These guys must have good management or something, because their customer service skills are outstanding. Sometimes, the job I needed isn't really making them a lot of profit, but yet they still work hard to squeeze me in and the price you cannot beat.
I had a coach bus up in Brainerd with a flat tag tire. I called Collins Brothers towing first and they REFUSED to help me. I called a friend who I trust and he recommended Pomp’s. Thedispatcher who helped me was amazing!!!. From the time I called until it was fixed, 1.5 hours. The service tech, Ryan, was TOP NOTCH!!! Pomp’s will be getting all my business if I have ANY issues with my buses!! Thank you Ryan and Pomp’s!!!
Fixed my tractor tire. They are friendly. Fair priced. And Pomps is Promt.
