Everyone was so kind and helpful. I'm not sure if this is all the time but we were able to get our vehicle in same day for an alignment. Fast and easy service and excellent customer service.
I’ve used Royal twice now and am very pleased with the entire process. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The products are top notch and expertly applied. It doesn’t get much better than this!
Worst customer service ever they claim to be a off road shop but the service writer had no idea how to fix or explain the problem.his answer was it just how the truck is.2025 f150 could not get my front tires line up said it can't be done. The local ford dealer has a lot full of lifted f150 that don't have this problem . No suggestions just took my money and said that is how it is.they do lift kits there but no knowledge of how to fix a problem with the tire alignment I will not use again or recommended them.

Always the best service here. I’ve used them for lifts, tires, wheels, and tire balances. They are always fast and on point. The only shop I’ll use.
