5 out 5 service. Kate was amazing and very knowledgeable with what she’s doing. .
Normally a great experience here. I called ahead to book on my way from work around 5pm, for 5:45pm, staff took my name and agreed to booking. I arrived to the door locked. Not answering doorbell or phone. I waited at the door for 20mins. And explained to the staff who saw me standing there that I had booked and been waiting. Was asked to wait another 10mins. only for another staff member tell me no sorry and that they had told me not to come ?? Severely disappointed in this experience..
