They have only 1 masseuse so definitely call ahead
Terrible customer service. I booked an appointment online. Drove 45 minutes only to show up and be told that they didn’t have the staff to accommodate my appointment.
I tried to call to book an appointment for my parents. It’s a surprise, they’ve been working really hard and I wanted to book a spa day type thing for them. I called and asked about the services and the lady who picked up the phone was dismissive and told me she wants to speak to an adult. I am 21. I tried to call again but they hung up.
Was able to take me as a walk-in. Excellent massage; my therapist was able to find the areas needing attention and had good technique to get the knots out!
This place use to be wonderful. Great woman, great massage, convenient. Lately, it is unorganized and much different.
