OH! MY GOD!!!! THE WORST THAI FOOD IN AMERICA!!! ITS NOT THAI FOOD!!! – I consider myself a bit of a Thai food expert... and I thought I was going to have a heart attack with this place, it is a pain to get to park... the food is nothing like anything I have eaten in Thailand or in a Thai Restaurant in America.... The most embarrassing thing is ... THEY HAVE THAI COOKING CLASSES TO TEACH YOU HOW TO COOK "BAD THAI FOOD"!!! AMAZING!!!
Four Hour layover and a beeline to Royal Thai – This is an outstanding upscale Thai spot. The famous Volcano Chicken never fails to please and amuse me but it is too much for a solo diner. I did take the leftovers on the plane to snack on. The cab ride both ways was more than my bill at Royal Thai but all in all was worth it for a nice trip back to an old favorite.
Good Eats – They serve good vegetarian Thai food and they're known for their Volcano Chicken which is a bird that is seasoned and brought out well done, and flambé. I believe that's the name of the dish.
Excellent Thai – While the restaurant is akward to arrive at, and the valet is an interesting location, once inside it is simply delightful. The food was excellent, and I recommend the rather generic sounding Thai chicken, which is anything but. I suggest an order of peanut sauce to accompany it and perhaps a Mai Thai. The dim lit interior helps alleviate the not so amazing interior, but the kind, prompt service and incredible food provide for an excellent meal.
