Lisa is a deceptive person that will manipulate the situation to work best for her. They treat there employees like family until your not needed anymore. Michael from Royal Textile is so helpful, he had to come back twice to fix and drapes and without any hesitation he came back and competed the job. Overall the team is great, they organised the samples first and if it fits perfectly fine they send quote and the team is all over actively working to accommodate you. They don't need any one else to help in fixing the high level drapes, they come fully equipped. Highly recommend.
Very professional, love the staff/team, and great service.Our house look like a home now that the shades are installed. Highly recommend!
