They just decided to close early, holding all of my clothes for the weekend.
If I could give them 0, I would. Brought 7 shirts in for dry cleaning, to be picked up today, which was made very clear. Got there at 4:30 to pick up and they were closed, nobody there, door locked, nobody answering the phone, even though they’re supposed to be open until 5. How are you going to close half an hour early, when you know clients still need to come get their dry cleaning? Needed those shirts by this evening for a trip, guess we’ve got no shirts now.
Worst people to do business with in the community and your clothes will not be clean…smh service is trash
Excellent service on a quick turn-around request for some sewing work. Super friendly and helpful, will return here again.
