Marc has been nothing short of awesome. He met with us and went over the customization for some pins we were wanting. He met all time-lines, kept within our budget and the end product was absolutely beautiful and very strong posts that the pins would not fall off a vest. Simply beautiful and the quality is worth every dollar. Thank you to Marc and his amazing team that went above and beyond for us. Not one missed email or phone call, his communication style is very attentive and keeps you in the loop. 5 stars all around!!

I couldn't add the pictures of the custom family ring post I made on February 3, so I am doing a second post. I absolutely love my ring! Marc, you totally nailed it!
I was on the hunt for a unique family ring to celebrate a milestone birthday that is coming up in February. I went to Royal T and met Marc. We discussed what I wanted and the story I wanted it to tell. I wanted it to be unique and one-of-a-kind. He was and is amazing and got me and what I wanted! Not knowing the process for custom jewelry, Marc was patient and guided me through the process. I will get my ring tomorrow and will be sure to update this review. Royal T gets my stamp of approval!!
Amazing experience! I purchased a bracelet and had it sized, and they did an incredible job. The fit is absolutely perfect and the workmanship is excellent. The jeweler was professional, knowledgeable, and handled my bracelet with great care. I’m so happy with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality jewelry and outstanding service.
