Just wanted to share my appreciation for the great work that Zlatko and the team undertook with the incident of my SUV. From the beginning of the process (dealing with the insurance company and others) it was an unbelievable experience and there was nothing that I needed to do. When I picked up my car, they had it washed and cleaned which was again a beautiful touch. At the end, great experience, great service and unbelievable customer service.
Excellent customer service! Indira Tordecilla took great care of both me and my car. She handled everything with the insurance company, and within minutes I had a rental car ready for me. My car was delivered on time, spotless inside and out, and looked like brand new. I highly recommend their service. Thanks guys!
A few weeks ago my rear bumper was hit from behind. CAA Adjuster gave me a few body shop options and I picked this one at random. They were fast and professional. Within a few days, they replaced the bumper with a brand new one. The color match was perfect. You cannot tell it was repaired. The biggest surprise was the full cleaning. They washed the exterior and cleaned the interior thoroughly. My car looked and felt like new when I picked it up. That is why I am giving them a 5 star review. Highly recommended.

The owner Zlatko and the team are helpful in navigating the insurance claim process and provide professional, timely service. My vehicle has always been repaired with great attention to detail, looking like brand new upon return. They even detail the interior, a very nice bonus!
