I came to Royal Synergies in desperate need of a quick turnaround; my tire had popped, and my struts had broken. My car was completely undrivable. When I walked into the front office, they threw the car on the lift, told me what I needed and got everything ordered. The car was dropped off the next day, and before I could step out of the office, someone was already driving it to the lift to get started. I was dealing with a CAA Insurance Claim and I found Royal Synergies Collision to be Fantastic. They really know how to treat customers. When I walked in the door I was greeted by Ashley and she already had most of all my information. Ashley then had my vehicle checked out by one of their Technicians and I was provided with a rough breakdown and timeline of what was required to be done and when I could expect the work to be completed.
