The worst place to buy Indian sweets I live in Houston and there are lot of Indian sweet stores located at this place but there is not even one store that sells Amrati which is one of my favorite sweets. Last time I visited Dallas, my friends suggested to see if this store has it. We finally did find it here and bought 2 pounds of it without even trying it. Can try The shop offers a variety of sweets, snacks and chaat items.Their sweets are good and tasty. Its more of a fast food place where you can have some chaat or paani puri . They chaat stuff is tasty. The sweets are fresh and definately you get some more variety .Their rates are ok. Can try once .
Illmannered Manager Manager of the richardson royal sweet house is the worst. I dont know her name but she claims to be the manager and we cannot miss her she is always there no matter which day. She has so much attitude and she thinks she is some super queen. My suggession is its not even worth going for the food they serve. I always go to irving for the sweet house. If she ever sees this i want to tell her she is not paying for others food and should mind her manners.
Not Recommended AT ALL I do not recommend Royal Swets and Fast Food. Their containers are cheap quality and plastic lids broke and melted by the time, I got home with food. The plastic can be highly toxic and be dangerous for health. I checked Irving City for inspection reports and it shows that they got failing grades.."D". Final Outcome : Not Recommended.
manager I like your food, but I was there yesterday and the way the water tank was refilled made me think.You are filling the bottle with water from the kitchen and they are not sealed bottles. The big bottle came with soap all over from the kitchen sink. I could not even drink the water after that. What will the health dept. say about it? The big bottle should be sealed one and should not be refilled in the kitchen sink. Now I am wondering about your food preparation. I am sure you will take care for this issue.
Royal Sweets is really yummyyyyyyyyyyyy really serving sweets n snacks in a professional way even i never expect in united states coz it was my 1st time when i hear in radio that royal is serving d indian sweets n snacks so i been there being a punjabi i prefer chhole bature it was really yummy n very very good thnx royal team added by $andy
Spoiled Food and Terrible Customer Service. I bought sweets for over $50.00. 2 packs of Jilabies were spoiled and only way I found out is when I served it to my guests. Anyways I went back to the store today and showed the receipt and described the problem. I couldn't even finish the lady behind the counter went off in either Hindi or Urdu and later on in English that she, herself sold the sweets to me yesterday and I had tried the sweets before I bought it.
