This place is amazing! Sara is one of the kindest, honest, most educated, professional customer service staff that I have ever experienced. Royal Storage certainly has taken it a step above. Sara is so helpful, full of good tips /advice.and professional.. I have never had any problems with any of the staff, they've always been the best. The worst experience imaginable... I moved here from Montreal a few years ago and paid in advance, to rent a locker for a year. The first week here, I had over 10 thousand dollars in property stolen. I asked the manager Natalie to check the security cameras, to see who it was and when my items were stolen. She was very smug and said they didn't work, as "they were struck by lightning."
