Great customer service! I had reserved my space online, they called to ensure I had reserved the correct space and changed my spot so my camper would fit.
I do not recommend this storage facility due to no one being on site or even doing weekly checks. My until along with several others were robbed. They only sent a pic from a video to police, there are no cameras where many units are, they were not able to give me check in times or much of anything to give to police. The fence is cut in the back, I notified them, and weeks later it is still cut open. Other units have doors ripped open.
