My husband I lived here for three years, only because it was to expensive to move else where (We knew we would be moving out of state at some point). We were able to move back home to NC and had someone take over the lease. One of the best managements. I’ve resided here for almost a year now. Maintenance requests takes less than 2 days. They are very fast with work orders and management is super friendly. (Also, this is the only management I know who calls back after a missed call from residents) Highly recommended!
It's expensive. Even though it's still in the "nicer" part of town. Probably in the area of 2,000+$ for a one bedroom. Alot of mosquitoes.(They dont spray well enough If not at all). Not the kind of place to leave an unlocked vehicle per say. "Someone will break into it" There has been gunfire and continues. It's a 50/50 on the people there. If you hate getting sick and hate roaches and spiders, this apartment is not for you. This place is completely infested. My walls are covered in roach droppings and feces around my toilet .!!! And my food gets infested quick specifically this are German roaches. My bathroom is always full of roaches walking around my toothbrush, personal hygiene products no matter how much I clean. I’ve lived here since April 2025 and although we had a rocky start they have definitely improved since then. I am happy to say we will be here for a long time. Yes originally maintenance was slow and sometimes non-existent but now they have a new maintenance supervisor and it has made all the difference! I’d say give this place a try you’ll be pleasantly surprised. The location alone is a nice, peaceful environment.
