Their gate has never worked properly. Every time they fix it, it only functions for about a month before breaking again. Despite multiple shootouts and SWAT team visits, the management decided to “fix” the gate yet again—but now, you need a special app to enter. Yesterday, while 8 months pregnant and with my 3-year-old, I was trying to drop off my child before heading to my ultrasound appointment. 1 star If I could give zero stars, I would. My boyfriend lived at Royal St George for over three years, and I witnessed firsthand just how poorly this place is managed. Getting any sort of maintenance done was a constant uphill battle. Reaching out to the leasing office, especially via email, felt like shouting into the void — no response, no accountability, nothing. Horrible Service.AC breaks every single month, And just two weeks ago broke down, took them a whole day to come and “Fix” it. just yesterday my AC broke down again, they sent someone to again “fix” it, well today Friday 07/11 broke down again! The Problem is they are using their maintenance crew who dont have an idea how to Properly work an AC. The first year I was here was wonderful. Recently not so much. When they do repairs they do not follow through. I have had multiple leaks in my apartment and they come and repair but don't follow through. The last time I had to go out and buy paint to remove the water stains after the repair. I have posted pictures of what I am experiencing currently. For $2200.00 a month I shouldn't be fixing my own drywall. I also haven't had a working dishwasher in 6 weeks. Yes, I am moving.
