We were told a rental property on Sanibel was rental ready, upon arriving elevator wasn't working, construction workers everywhere, construction tools scattered everywhere on stairway (our only option to access room), called management and discussed issues they apologized and agreed to cancel our stay, and they also sent an email confirming cancellation with an amount to be credited back to our credit card which we agreed with.
