I usually come here , and the ladies here are very nice and they listen to what I want done with my eyebrows and etc. I came in Friday and I was greeted without care by someone who looked new and my daughter was getting her eyebrows done, she showed pictures and told her to keep her brows thick and just clean up around it. By the end she did exactly what she told her not to do. She was holding back tears, and the lady who did it didn’t even care. I asked multiple times for her to not thin out my eyebrows and just keep it thick . And when I confronted her about thinning out my brows she didn’t take responsibility and acted like that’s how my eyebrows were in the first place . Gaslighting 101 😂
Went to get my eyebrows threaded. I like to keep my eyebrows thick and in their natural shape and just asked her for a cleaning. I showed her which parts I want gone and while I was explaining she was just looking out the window to be honest. Well she thinned out my eyebrows so bad and made them so uneven and thin it completely changed my face now Its going to take minimum a year to grow My brows back. Please listen to the reviews and don’t go if you have thick eyebrows.
